Do you feel that this class fostered a safe learning environment?
Were expectations clearly given and did they reflect the grades you received?
Was the injury / sick protocol specifically stated and did you feel comfortable approaching the professor if injured / sick?
Was the teacher transparent about attendance policy and open to discussing this with students?
Are there any specific areas of this class you feel that could be improved?

Non-technique Courses
